Which of My Components Should I Upgrade First?

I am currently trying to play GTA V and getting low fps.I get 35 or lower fps on lowest settings. My motherboard is this one= http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... do I really need to upgrade my MB as well, or would upgrading my CPU do it? I have a R7 265 GPU and a X4 760K CPU along with 8GB of RAM and was wondering if this was due to my components not being of a high enough quality or if either my CPU or GPU was bottlenecking my system. I have the latest drivers for both my CPU and GPU. Should I upgrade my GPU or CPU first?

to know if your CPU is bottlenecking your GPU you can either overclock or downclock your CPU. If you overclock and your FPS increases or if you downclock and your frames decrease is because your CPU is probably bottlenecking your GPU.

plz link you motherboard again or post its name model.

I set all settings to lowest in GTA V options menu.
Motherboard : MSI A78M-E35

Is the problem fixed, have you found what was wrong?

The driver should be updated every time you have problems, specially with a new game. Before you upgrade you should uninstall previous version.
