I need some advice on a good quality, fully modular, about 750W, 2 Way Nvidia SLI supporting power supply. Any recommendations?

EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2 220-G2-0750-XR is also good.

The NEX PSUs are "ok" but not as good as the XFX or the G2.

The PSU is not rated as highly as the others in general. It could have weak parts but mostly decent ones. Try to stay within Tier 1 or 2 if you can and only go to 3 if you are on a strict budget. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

G2 EVGA (any EVGA with G2 In the model) or XFX. Both are good.

EVGA has a 750w and that will cover you just fine.
The NEX line is lower quality and better to get a XFX PSU in that case.
