I just bought the following:

- i7-5820k
- Gigabyte GA X99 Gaming G1 WIFI
- Gskill DDR4 2400 RAM

I've been having nothing but strange instability issues since I hooked it all up. Is there any reason why these components wouldn't be compatible? I installed them as is, no tweaking or changing of settings. Please help!

PSU is Corsair CX750M

I am testing with 2 video cards that work on other systems: ASUS 7870 HD and Geforce GTX Titan.

Regardless of which video card is installed, I experience instability. The ASUS 7870HD seems to produce more instability.

Stability is primarily display related. Screen tearing, laggy visual interface, frame rate unexpectely drops to 7 FPS randomly, display drivers stop responding, and BSODs happen when playing games.

All drivers are latest. Faulty Motherboard maybe?

On Intel's website it lists the i7-5820k as being compatible with DDR4 1333/1600/2133. I'm running DDR4 2400 but at 2133 frequency. Is that a problem?
