Hey guys

I have a set of 2x4gb hyperx genesis 1866mhz at 1.65v, and a new set of hyperx fury 2x8gb 1866mhz at 1.5v. I'm wondering if it's ok to put the all in the system. I tried, and the display did not start. So there was some sort of problem. I removed the genesis', and it booted with a could not overclock message... So there's a problem there..

Any ideas would be appreciated.

DOubt if they will work together, probably not even with manual setup (they migth), but the Genesis works off XMP and uses weaker memory chips (hence needs the higher - 1.65 - voltage and the FUry operate off PnP, they set themselves up and set up to run as fast as they can at 1.5....it would prob be possible at 1333 maybe 1600, but could also take a long time to figure out a timing and voltages combos
