WoW has become more demanding than it used to be. I5 and GTX 960 is a great combo.

Hi,

You probably don't even need an i5 and a 960. Wow is not a very demanding game. I would probably go for a lower end GPU, the CPU power might be needed in some cases but an i3 might also be sufficient for wow.

As for the GPU, I know I read someone using a 760 and playing WoW on ultra with anti aliasing on and 60+ fps.. You might just try for a 750 Ti even to save money if you like.

Originally I was going for a cheaper CPU and GPU, but I talked to some of my guildies to see what they were running and they said if I wanted to splurge it would be on those two parts.

To be honest I don't know what there is to splurge about wow, but if you don't have to save money u can go for the GTX960. I just thought you could save money if u wanted by going for a 750, I don't think there is a 950 yet so.. Totally up to you, I just know you will be able to play WoW even on a 200-300 cheaper system. This rig will blow it away :)
