Bought OCZ 1066MHz RAMs for my DELL dimension 9200

Hello,
I've just bought a pair of these DDR2 OCZ PC2 8500 memory cars from E-bay. But when I connects, the system get stuck when loading into BIOS. My current system specs are 2GB DDR2 667MHz rams, Core 2 duo -E7600, 3M cache cpu and MSI NX7600GT 256MB vga card. Should I resell this memories or find a suitable Motherboard instead?

Hey I've found a solution my system board does not support the DDr2 8500 rams. Because the intel chipset recognize them as 800MHz rams. I need to find a system board that supports these 1066MHz rams. Specially these intel core 2 series chipsets. They are P35,P45,X38,X48 motherboards and Intel core 2 chipsets. Thanks everyone.
