Best AIO Cooler for i7 5960x OC to 4.0-4.4 Ghz?

I am looking to get a 5960x and I will most likely OC it to 4.0-4.4 Ghz. I am looking for the best AIO Cooler to keep the idle and load temps as low as possible. I plan on using the Asus Rampage V Extreme Mobo if that helps My case roof supports 2x230mm fans, 3x120 mm fans and 3x140mm fans. I may consider doing a custom loop but I am really scared to do that myself and have heard that maintenance is a pain as well. Thanks everyone!

I suggest, and this is the only AIO I recommend, the H240-X.
This cooler is the only AIO that performs well enough to beat air coolers in its price range, as well as its unique feature of being expandable.
If you are on the wall to do custom now, have the option to do it later.

Is the H240-X maintenance free like Corsair's AIO options?
So I could add GPU(s) to the mix later to create a "custom" loop? Would I have to buy anything extra to add GPUs to the loop? I plan on having 3 GPUs. Thanks for the suggestion. You have me intrigued! :)

So you are saying that if I bought the H240-X and wanted to watercool my 3 GPUs, all I would need to get are extra fittings, the extra rads, the GPU waterblocks, some more fans and some tubing and BOOM have a custom loop? Would I not need another pump or reservoir?

Well, the GPUs I was planning on getting are EVGA GTX Titan Xs. I don't know what you mean by elaborate, but I am kind of a functionality over beauty guy. I may contact Swiftech themselves, and see what they say, I imagine that they will help me pick out the parts I need as I am a complete watercooling n00b. I do like how the H240-X is "maintenance free" for the first 3 years like other AIO options, but also gives you the ability to water cool your GPUs as well (unlike other AIO options). I am planning on using Rosewill's Blackhawk Ultra tower so I don't think space will be a problem. I could mount the rads for the GPUs on the side of the case as intakes for cool air and exhaust out the rear and through the H240-X itself. Is it a bad idea to intake air through rads? Also, what size rad(s) would you recommend for watercooling 3 Titan Xs? The Blackhawk Ultra supports 9x120mm fans on the left side panel. Thanks again.

I have been reading up on the H240-X and it seems like it has a very good pump and block built in to it. I have also been reading that the H320 (360mm rad) is good but the pump and block are not as good as the H240-X. Which would you recommend? A 280mm rad with a good block and pump or a 360mm rad and not quite as good of block and pump? Thanks again.
