Really need some help. I have never built a PC before.
I completed a build without doing a test (first mistake) and the computer didn't post. So I tried setting up a test with the minimum components and everything looks like it turns on (CPU Fan + GPU Fans) but there are no beeps and nothing shows up on the screen.
The number "55" shows up on the motherboard. Also, the motherboard/fans shut off after 30-40 seconds and resets itself in a continuous cycle.
All components are new including; CPU, PSU, Motherboard, Ram, and GPU.
I have the Silverstone 600W SFX power supply, EVGA 970 GPU, EVGA Z97 Stinger, and Intel i7 4790K
If anyone has any advice and/or recommendations, I would really appreciate it.
