best fan controller under $35 us

i am building new pc in the nzxt phantom 410 and will ahve 2 5.25 inch drive bays left for a fan controller.
it must:
-be able to controll at least 5 fans but six would be a bonus.
- must not make fans much louder as some reviews showed the nzxt sentry mesh did

i was planning on getting the bitfenix recon black but i saw somewhere that it was made for bitfenix spectre fans and i was hoping it would be able to use the nzxt stock case fans aswell. (please inform me)

Didn't find the sentry 2 in any of my usual Aussie sites. Try ebay.



If you say $35 US, it is natural to assume that you are in a country that uses usd as its primary currency; most likely the united states.
