I need help diagnosing a problem.

I just built a new computer that is randomly crashing, sometimes moments after boot, sometimes hours. Out of the 5 times I've re installed Windows 7, it has only been "successful" 3 times. Even after I re installed it, it randomly freezes. The first time I installed windows, It was hard to get it to boot, it kept going into recovery mode. But after it recovered it would work great. I even played GTA5 for hours on end with no problem. But I decided I couldn't put up with the booting problems. After the most recent install it worked perfectly fine after I installed all the drivers. It even boots every time consistantly. But then 40 minutes into casual web browsing it froze, and now it wont stay on for longer than a couple minutes without crashing.

I tried a few different copies of windows, both unofficial, and official. One Unofficial copy seems to work best, but still crashes a lot. It also seems as if the problems usually start AFTER I install the wifi usb adapter drivers, but logic makes me think thats coincidence. And all my parts were new, except for the motherboard and the Graphics card, but my computer savvy friends don't think they're the cause. Seems like if those didn't work, it wouldn't turn on at all.

Here are a list of my components:

msi x99s sli plus motherboard
intel i7-5820k processor
msi GTX 980 video card
Ballistix 16 gb ddr4 ram (2 8gb sticks)
Corsair CS550M PSU
Netgear A6210 wifi usb adapter
250 gb samsung 850 evo ssd
4 TB seagate hdd
Coolermaster Hyper 612 gigantic Heatsink (not that I think its overheating, just as proof that I doubt it is)

Could someone please help? I'm starting to worry that this expensive computer won't ever work.

Thanks,
-C

One of your ram's might be faulty
There's no other thing i can think of right now!
try booting your pc with one ram at a time, with every ram.. did you run the memtest??
if not, plz do!
