I am going to build a PC with the Asus Maximus VII Hero (Z97) and i5 4690K, and I am also going to buy memory from Avexir. The memory runs at 1.65V, will I have any problems with that?

Solution
Nope, shouldn't be a problem. Raising the RAM frequency above 1600 MHz is considered overclocking, and higher frequency memory needs extra voltage.

Intel only lists what is "supported" to cover themselves, as overclocking is done at your own risk.

Note: Currently have my memory at 2133 MHz @ 1.6V

Will I have to do anything in the BIOS, or will the motherboard automatically set the voltage to 1.65V?

You will have to either change to X.M.P., or set the frequency and voltage manually within the BIOS. Either option should work.
