Can I use PCIe 3.0 x1 card on PCIe 3.0 x16 slot?

Hello,
I just bought a mobo (Asrock X99 WS-E/10G) which have 7 PCIe x16 slots but no other, I need to connect a wi-fi card whose form factor is PCIe Half Mini Card, can I use it?

Edit: I have 4-Way Nvidia SLI installed

If you have four GeForce GTX TITAN X cards installed on the motherboard you won't have access to any PCI Express slots to insert the Wi-Fi card into.

Since you are running 4-way SLI all of the PCI Express slots will not be accessible. There won't be any PCI Express slots that you can insert that Wi-Fi card into.

Even if you had four single slot width graphics cards that exposed PCIE2, PCIE4 and PCIE6 you wouldn't be able to use those slots because of the way that the two PLX PEX 8747 ASICs assign PCI Express lanes to PCIE1, PCIE3, PCIE5 and PCIE7 when using 4-way SLI.

Hello,
All the 4 PCIe slots run at 16x mode, can I make atleast 1 of them run at x8 mode?

I use Intel i7 Extreme Edition 5960x and Nvidia Geforce GTX Titan X for 4 way sli.

So, is there any other way I can install high speed wi-fi and bluetooth?

Or can I use 3-way sli for that?
