Im not sure in what category I should post this so I just chose systems(forgive me if I made a mistake posting it here)

So anyway, I have a Bitfenix Prodigy M and an empty bottom fan mount for either 2x120mm fans or a 200mm/230mm fan, there is also a mount for a 140mm fan but I dont consider that as an option.

I only have two choices,
either this one:
CM Force 200mm - http://gaming.coolermaster.com/en/products/others/force200_red/
(yes I know it says For CM Sniper use only but it fits in the right holes)

or two of these:
Cougar CF-D12HB - http://www.cougargaming.com/products/fans/cfd_black_hb_fan.html

my purpose for the fan is for exhaust
noise is not a problem because my deskfans are a lot more noisy than the case fans

-thanks in advance

From the specifications, the 200mm fan will move more air. The Cougar fans will be a bit quieter, but both are pretty quiet fans. Either would be more than sufficient though. Personally I would go the 120mm route, just as that is more common, and standard replacement, so you could use them in your next build.

Personally I really like the Cougar fans, they very quiet and move a lot of air, while not being affordable. I use them everywhere (8 in my current case) and have used them in many builds over the years. The only time you need to worry about them is when mounting them horizontally. Due to the fluid bearing they can make some noise at full speed, but this is any fan with that type of bearing. I currently have a 140 mm Cougar fan...
