I just built my new computer and when I turn it it says no signal on the monitor, all the fans turn on and there is no beeps I have tried different graphics card, ram, and 3 different power supply's I have replaced the CMOS battery and is still says no signal I can't figure it out and I'm pretty good with computers, if anyone could help the at would be greatly appreciated thanks

I had this issue too when I build my computer a long time ago the fan spins up and turn off again and it repeats itself.
If you take out the RAM and there is a beep sound.
It is the RAM fault.
