Hello, im running windows 10 on a Devils canyon I7, and im getting lag spikes that last for about 1-2 seconds ever 2-5 minutes or so. My GFX card is R9 280x. I got all the new drivers installed.
-Device Manager (X + Win Key)
-Open the Network Adapter tab
-Go to view and click Show Hidden Devices
-Find Microsoft Windows Kernel Debug Network Adapter
-Disable or Uninstall it
-Enjoy no lag spikes. Not responsible for any issues that may arise though. I don't know what that adapter does.
