Solution
You don't need 32 GB for gaming. This build should be plenty enough, but if playing in 4K, then stick with a GTX 980 or get an R9-295X2 (and a 1000w PSU).

Questions:

What resolution are you planning on playing on? (1080p, 1440p, 4k ?)
What FPS (frames per second) are you hoping to obtain? (60, 100?)
What settings are you planning on having for the game overall? (high?)

* I believe your answers to these questions would be very helpful to everyone on this thread who are trying to help you. Also, you do realize that the builds listed above do not include a monitor yet, right?

. well like I said Im aiming for max on all games. and im trying to get 1440p to 4k . and im planning on getting a framrate. as high as 80. no matter what im going to get an over cloaked titan x So do you think I can get a titan x. with the set up
intel turtle fan gave me??

You would get higher FPS with two GTX 980's versus only one Titan X. I currently game at 1080P @ 60 Hz, but based on all the reviews I've read and watched, you'd get approximately 33% better FPS in 1440p and 16% better FPS in 4K gaming with the 980 x 2 versus the titan x. If your budget was higher I'd even suggest two Titan X's now or wait a few weeks and get the GTX 980 Ti's. The Ti's are expected to release in the next week or two and should have a street price of $700-$800 each, and hopefully the 980s will go down in price at that time. I feel like the two 980s in SLI are your best chance of achieving 60-80 FPS in 4K gaming with your budget.

you don't need 32gb of ram and 980 sli is considerably faster at 4k than a single titan x the other option would be 980ti which you may be able to get in sli if they are about $700 each but then you'd have to drop down on other things
