OC bios for r9 290

I have 2 reference r9 290 cards each with the corsair hydro HG10 bracket and H60 coolers. I would like an OC bios for these cards like I used on my HD6970s before, but I have been unable to find any or a tool to edit the stock bios. I have heard that the Sapphire trix-oc and MSI gaming cards use the reference board just with better coolers and their bioses work on reference boards. Is this true? If not is there a OC bios for my liquid cooled 290s?

Try Techpowerup, they have a large BIOS collection.
Obviously flashing this way is potentially very dangerous, be very, very sure to make a backup of the original BIOS, preferably to a flash drive or optical disc.

I believe I saw on the techpoweruper forums some BIOSes specifically for watercooled gpus. just cant remember the urls.
