i5 3570k running temps

What is the normal running temp for this processor? i want to see if i can OC it but dont want to run it hot, its like 60-70 right now and i have a feeling thats a little high for stock clock..i have the older version of the cooler master 212 Evo on it.

At 4.2 ghz with a 212 evo and stock case fans (4 - lowest rpm), in a 21C room I idle between 29 and 32. Using OCCT cpu test, it went to 1.15v vcore and temps topped at 63C on hottest core (coolest was 60).

I'd say you're hot. Good case airflow? Tried making the cpu fan profile more aggressive (in bios or software)?
