$500 Gaming pc build With more power.

This was the previous post and i'm looking for something that has more cores (4or6) and a motherboard, power supply and a case to fit it all
The price would be anywhere near $500-$600 but i prefer it to be close to $500.

Is this for gaming?
If so do you have a game that can actually utilize 4 cores? There are only a few.
If this is for multithreaded apps, then the FX chips are decent.

The i3 has hyper-threading so it does have 4 cores when the program requires it.
You'd be trading off better performance in a single game like BF4 for worse performance everywhere else, like PS2: http://www.hardwarepal.com/planetside-2-cpu-benchmark/

For $500 The i3 is your best choice, and it performs very well in a lot of newer titles, you'll need to extend your budget if you want something better.
