I am looking for a good H97 motherboard, socket LGA1150, ATX, 4 x 240-pin DIMM slots, memory speed up to DDR3-1600. I plan to get either an Intel Pentium G3258 or Intel Core i3-4160 for now, then in the future get an Intel Core i5 or i7, I will not be over clocking either the CPU or any other parts now or in the future and I will only be using one graphics card, planning to get a GTX 970 in the future and a kit of DDR3-1600 2x4GB memory. There are a lot of brands out there and I don't really know what is good and what isn't, I would like a board that I don't need to worry about upgrading in the future and under $100 because I don't need any of those "special" or extra features that some boards come with. I would still like a good quality board that is easy to work with, thanks to anyone who is able to help me out.

Out of these motherboards, will there be a major difference between them all, or should I go with one of the cheaper ones? They are all what I am mainly looking for, spec wise, and they are all rated pretty high, should I still go with the Pro4 or is it worth spending a bit more for another?
