I've been getting this blue screen for awhile now, if anyone can help, it would be much apreciated.

Solution
at least remove the overclocking drivers and update the BIOS.
These could be the cause of your memory corruptions. delete the old memory dumps you posted, reboot and post new memory dumps if you get them.
you should also run memtest86 after you remove the overclock drivers and update the BIOS.
if it works without errors you will want to boot windows again and run cmd.exe as an admin and run
sfc.exe /scannow
then run
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
(just in case files were corrupted and saved to your hard drive, this should repair them)

your BIOS version is out of date (6 versions)
I would update to get a current version that have various USB fixes.
(your USB 2.0 wireless card was having issues)...
the suberror code c0000005 just indicates that a bad memory address was passed to windows. You can not tell why from the info provided.
access to the memory dump file might help. you can put the file 052415-21234-01.dmp on a server like microsoft onedrive and post a link.

often with error like this you will need to run a test on your system memory. memtest86 to confirm your BIOS settings and basic hardware are ok.
if it passes then you have to confirm your basic windows files are ok by running cmd.exe as an admin, then run
sfc.exe /scannow
if problems are not fixed then you run
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

if you continue to get bugchecks someone should look at the memory dump and make suggestions.

your memory dump shows a few corruptions.
I would:
remove overclocking driver:
D:\Program Files\AMD\ATI.ACE\Fuel\amd64\AODDriver2.sys Tue Feb 11 03:06:52 2014

remove second overclocking driver:
\D:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner\RTCore64.sys Sun Mar 10 22:32:06 2013

remove this:
\C:\Windows\system32\Drivers\SSPORT.sys Thu Aug 11 16:07:32 2005
a print driver? or malware that looks like a print driver? just way too old for your system and I think i recall malware that hides with this name.

you have corruptions in memory dump: (hard to tell the cause)
