I find it quite difficult to explain my problem so bare with me please.
Whenever I open Microsoft Visual Studio and create a new project (Visual C++/Win32 Console Application) a wizard is supposed to pop up, but instead of that happening I'm asked to allow an html file to download.
The same happens when I open GeForce Experience it asks me to allow another html file to download (a picture) when it should show me some advertisement instead.
In short it's like I have a program on my PC, it wants to download something (could be html only but I'm not sure) in order to complete a task, but instead of it downloading normally without asking me anything and just opening the GUI it asks me if I want to download it and even if I allow it to download the program does not recognize I've downloaded it.
