alright guys, this is my first post here, here's my problem:
i've an old video card 7300gt , at first it had noisy lines when i plug it , i thought it was a bad capacitor(s) , so i replaced all of them with perfectly matching caps (6.3v 1500uf) , i went and i plugged the card on the pc, and no display at all, i changed the pci express input and i turned on the pc, the screen starts to restart it doesn't show anything just restarts when it's about to do so, it turns on , says "no signal" then turns off, and the cycle repeats, but my pc boots normally i hear the beep and the windows' welcome sound,
thanks,
my pc is very old, i really want this problem fixed !
here are the specs :
Mobo model: Abit-LG95c DDR2
CPU: core2 duo e6300 1.86ghz
2gb of ram (which is the maximum that my pc can handle)
the graphics card is nvidia 7300gt 512mb
monitor is and lcd vw190 ASUS
i know i know, i have to upgrade! but for this time i just need this problem fixed ! thanks guys !

Solution
It sounds like you might have ruined your card. If it worked with a small issue before, and it doesn't after, it's almost certainly the cap changes. This card is surely out of warranty now, even if it was before you ripped out its capacitors!

You're looking at a brand new card. The most powerful card I would suggest for your system is the R7 260X, it retails for about £80.
