I had just changed my CPU cooler, and for some reason my PC would no longer boot with more than 1 stick of RAM my PC specs are as follows

i looked up the RAM compatibility and it said it supported my RAM but it didnt say 2x4GB it just said 4GB which makes no sense because before i installed this cooler it was working fine
