have a confusion over gigabyte GA 78LMT/USB 3, ram = which says it runs 1333 MHz OC ........??? but i m buying 8 GB 1600 MHz....??? and i think i might be going with R9 280x so i m not sure that will that gpu will run on this mobo
While the board does not natively support 1600MHZ RAM out of the box, with a little bit of time (5 minutes at most) and patience the RAM can be clocked to 1600, with the voltage and timings set to manufacturer specifications.

Should work completely stable if you follow the RAM's specified voltages and timings. (Usually stated somewhire in the box of the RAM modules, or in a piece of paper included with the RAM.)
