Let me tell my purpose first -
Mainly gaming and recording it @720p HD 30 FPS (latest games if possible, also keep in mind that I have to record behind using softwares at desire quality I mentioned)
Multimedia works such as Photoshop video editing encoding (secondery purpose)
Now before I tell my build I wanna mention few things, I'm not buying Graphics card as this moment, few months latter I'll purchase and install one, but I'm trying to keep this build already compatible for that and I'm from India, so please do suggest thing that are available here.
i5 4440 /or/ i5 4460 - Rs 12,900 /or/ Rs 14,100
4460 looks a bit better than 4440 but if we compare in build GPU - 4440 has HD 4600 & 4460 has HD 4400)
Cooler master force 500 ATX Cabinet (for-500-KKN1) - Rs 3200
Corsair Vengeance 8 GB DDR3 - Rs 4800
(SPD Latency 9-9-9-24, SPD Speed 1333MHz)
WD Caviar Green 1 TB SATA HDD - Rs 3700
Gigabyte H81-S1 /or/ MSI DDR3 1133-B85-G41 - Rs 3800 /or/ Rs 5700
Dell S2240L 21.5" LED IPS Panel 1920x1080 - Rs 7700
Corsair VS 650W - Rs 4,300
( as I mentioned earlier I won't install GPU at this moment, I'm not sure if 650W is necessary or would be OVER, may damage parts?)

Audio wattage - 360W ( is it enough?)
