How to water cool EVGA GTX 760 (02G-P4-3765)?

I have the EVGA GTX 760 (02G-P4-3765). My question is: Are there any custom water blocks for this specific card? If not, what are the alternatives? i.e. Is it possible to use universal water blocks and memory cooling, etc, etc. Any help is appreciated. Please post links to any parts mentioned.
Edit: I already have a full custom loop. I'm just looking for information on the gpu.

The first thing I'd like to point out is that the water cooling setup will be very expensive. You could sell the 760 and buy a 970 or 980. Water cooling will cost at least $200 and probably more like $250. Are you ok with this? If you are after performance then upgrade the GPU. If you want looks, then by all means go ahead and water cool it.

He has custom loop already so at most he looking around $100 to plumb in his card into existing loop.
He can also go commando and do what I did to cool vram on my MSI 970 though lol

The added info....about having already owned a custom loop was added post my comment.

Even if so, I'd still suggest selling the 1080p only GPU and upgrading. to a newer model.
