PC rarely (or sometimes) freeze, get BSOD or restart. Temp's are fine.

This also happens when i am playing minecraft, even though the temperatures never get to 65C (that only happened after cleaning my PC one more time, what happened was it instead of max 85C got to max 65C)
I am posting this in memory, beacuse one time this was happening it was with Memory, beacuse memtest86+ v4.0 reported +1000 errors

possible two issue:
Hardware: If you not OC and using standard settings, you need new ram sticks or adjust ram setting sometimes this helps.
Software:
Format HDD make fresh windows install.

It is a hardware issue, beacuse it also happens in kubuntu ( i am dualbooted) , however it is not only a issue with RAM, before it also happened but memtest would not report any errors.
I am using standard settings + a little tweak i did in the BIOS, just to make my PC more silent (and maybe shutdown at 65C instead of 100C)
And what is OC?

I have latest BIOS, latest GPU drivers but mobo nope. (do not even know where to get mobo updates, or it is BIOS updates? If yes then yes.)
