How do I tell if my motherboard can fit this CPU and 8gb more RAM I have?

The motherboard I have is this: M5A78L-M LX V2 http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A78LM_LX_V2/specifications/)

The CPU I want is this: (http://www.amazon.co.uk/AMD-FX-4350-4-Core-Processor-4300MHz/dp/B00CLBZAWY/ref=pd_ybh_3%29) - If you can find better please tell me

Ram I would like: (http://www.amazon.co.uk/HyperX-FURY-1866MHz-Memory-Module/dp/B00J8E91T0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1432543935&sr=8-1&keywords=RAM%29)

How do I know if this can fit on my motherboard and also how can I install it?

Right there, on the page where you linked the motherboard specifications, it tells you all you need to know:

The specifications also tell you that you can have maximum 2 DIMMS for a total of 16GB - thus 2 x 8GB DIMMS of RAM.
