Not a fan of either but the Corsairs are better than the coolermaster.

All of them are bad, tier 3 and tier 4 units on the PSU tier list. Can you not find any XFX or Seasonic power supplies in that list?

All the PSU you were listed were not good. If you are in a budget and looking for a top quality PSU then the PSU that comes to my mind is the Seasonic S12II 430 Watts. A rock solid choice.
