well this day and time where are you finding a ''new '' 7950 ? then for the money today may as well go with the latest -R- card like a 280x that's a tweaked / optimized rebranded 7000 card
unless it is a new card at a super heck of a price I don't see it .. and with the price drops of the -R- cards may as well go with one of them and have the latest release card [opinion]
