Belkin Router F5D7234-4 v4 Problems

Hi guys,

I start to have problems with my Belkin F5D7234-4 v4 Router, it keeps disconnecting my mobile phones and requires restarts, and sometimes i even have to restart the modem to get it working.

I want to play via Gameranger but everytime i try to host something this message pops up

Please note that i have Norton 360 installed on my PC.

Can anyone help with these two problems? and please be specific and don't write vague things, i am a noob at networking. :love:

did you try the steps from learn more?
you probably have to enable upnp in the nat settings of the router.

the easiest for the restart/drops (assuming you know how to setup your router) is to do a factory reset and refill your network connection settings in the router admin.

It's already enabled and i have tried the stuff in learn more and it only let me play with my laptop on the same router
