Need help transfering all my info from a laptop to a new desktop

I Bought parts for my 1st Gaming PC and I'm new in this area, meanwhile the parts arrive I want to know this:
How do I transfer all my data in order for it work the same way as in my laptop right now, such as: Steam, steam games, origin, origin games, logitech software, etc.

Is it the same as moving pictures, videos and stuff like that from one computer to another? and if it is, does it all works properly or I need to re-install steam, origing and that things?

I know this may be a stupid question, but I wanna be sure of what I'm doing.

I believe you are going to want to install Steam and all your steam games directly from Steam and not move them from one PC to another. Just to avoid any issues that might arise. I don't have Origin, but I imagine that answer will be the same. Your logitech software should be newly installed as well, again to avoid any issues that might come up.

I once move software from one PC to another back in 2008 with a Gadget-thingy that I bought and what a freaking nightmare it turned into.

I believe Origin has a similar function.

Your other application will need to be reinstalled.
