For some time now, I've been having an issue that seem common according to Google. In less than five minutes of booting up my PC, my disk usage skyrockets to 100% before I run even a single program. Occasionally, it will drop back to 0-10%, but it isn't permanent and will continue to run at 100 minutes later.
I've tried fixing it with common fixes on the web like disabling Superfetch, Windows Search, and BITS, but none of them even affect the problem.
As far as I can tell from my Task Manager, the problem may be rooted in System-

-is there any way to tell exactly what the root of the problem is? My knowledge of Windows isn't exactly extensive, and I can't make heads or tails of the Resource Monitor.
