I recently upgraded to a 50mbps internet from a 30mbps internet to fix my lag issue but nothing has changed and I keep getting lag spikes in every online game I play like heroes of the storm and counter strike.

Who is your ISP? Whats your ping time? Please use speedtest.net and pingtest.net and let me know what both say.

I can't help you unless you do what I ask and please use speedtest.net and pingtest.net and let me know what both say. Just because you got a 20 ms ping time once doesn't mean that's what it is all the time.

Which one of the three is it?

Update: Ok so I looked into it. And it appears all of their equipment has a packet loss issue and the only way to fix it 100% Is to go buy a networking HUB and connect your devices to that instead of having the router handle all of the data flow. Example of what I mean is here http://i.imgur.com/BiTYr.jpg

Now the top photo shows how you have it now. The bottom one shows the HUB inserted between your devices and the router. I recommend getting a 100MB HUB as a gigabyte one would do you no good. Because you only pay for 50mb down. Now I can give you a list of some cheap ones you can get if you tell me which country you are located in. Because Washington has different prices than the UK for example.

Update: 2 Hey quick question have you ever updated you router with a newer firmware? Or checked to see if their was an update for your router?

That's not an option for me.

It makes it extremely hard to determine the cause of the issue when you can not even test with a wired device.

My guess would be you have wireless interference. You may or may not be able to correct that. You can do all the standard things like changing channels and set the channel width to 20mhz but without knowing the wireless is broken you may just make things worse.
