So this is the weirdest thing that ever happened to me.... I was normally using my PC and then I did a Shutdown and when I came back and tried to Turn on my PC, It showed me the BIOS logo and 1 Normal MoBo Speaker Beep then a Black Screen with a White Cursor flashing continously for 5mins or so then It says " Failed to Boot up, Please ALT + CTRL + DELETE to Restart " and this loop goes on....

I can Enter my BIOS settings though and I have Display on my 1st PCIe Slot.... I first though It's HDD Problem and tried 3 different HDD's but same result then I switched my GPU from PCIe Slot 1 to Slot 2 and It booted without any problem and is working perfectly fine.....

Why isn't my PC booting on my 1st PCIe Slot? and If the Slot is Dead then Why I have Display while using that slot ? My specs are

AMD FX6300 @Stock
Gigabyte 970A-DS3P
6gb DDR3 Ram
XFX HD 7770 Core Edition 1GB
1x WD Green 1TB
1x WD Black 1TB
Corsair VS450 PSU

Anyone has any Idea what's going on? :/ How to fix this ?

P.S - I'm running the Latest BIOS available for my MoBo.

Solution
Since you swapped the GPU to slot 2, have you tried it back in slot 1? Could be that the GPU wasn't seated properly, or that dust was clogging it, or something shorting it out.

If not, try giving the 1st PCI slot a clean and checking for any debris (loose screws etc.) and then put your graphics card back into slot 1.

Yes I cleaned my Slot 1's Dust and then tried switching my GPU back to Slot 1 after a successful boot on Slot 2 but still It doesn't boot up. :/

Maybe, I'll try to install the new Beta GPU Driver and No, I cannot boot in Safe Mode too. Do you think that BIOS might be causing it ?

My MoBo came with old BIOS which was restricting my CPU fan to only 1800rpm so that's why I changed the BIOS and It worked fine almost for an year. Also will CMOS reset do any good ?

Hmm, I doubt that it's the updated BIOS if it worked fine for almost a year. You could try a CMOS reset, if the BIOS is indeed causing the problem. If you can't boot in safe mode it's usually not a driver problem, but still worth a try reinstalling your drivers. If none of that works then you do probably have a dead PCI slot.
