I have a gtx 760 with an i7. ultra maxed out everything - doable but low frame rates. High - perfectly fine.
I like to pick and chose some trade offs. hair effects off. motion blur, depth of field, some other blur thing, vignette - all off. it runs fine for me but i cant leave it at ultra

Even on just high the game looks and runs very smoothly for me. I'm ok with turning a few of the extra post processing doo-dads off.
