Hi,
I recently built a computer.
I have my SSD in SATA0
HDDs in SATA4 & SATA5 (Raid0)
ODD in SATA9
Sata0-5 are in RAID mode (for the two HDDs), Sata6-9 are AHCI I believe.
In Magician it tells me AHCI mode would be best and that it is unable to detect SATA interface details, although it detects the SSD itself just fine, lets me do the OS optimisation, Turbo on/off etc.
Is there any point in me switching the SSD to a non-raid port?
I heard I need to reinstall Windows if I do that.
Ps. I'm using the Asrock X99 Extreme 4 mobo & onboard raid.
Turbo off
