I am soon going to upgrade my CPU (FX-6300) and buy an i5 4690k and a new motherboard of course. I am not sure which motherboard to get though. I have a couple different choices, some from suggestions and some from my own browsing. I want to know which to get out of these 3, or if anyone has any suggestions with LGA-1150 around $130. The motherboards I am looking at are: the "Gigabyte GA-Z97x Gaming 3", the "ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer" and the "ASRock Z97 Extreme 4".
Gaming 3: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128711
Fatal1ty: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157505&cm_re=fatal1ty_z97x_killer-_-13-157-505-_-Product
Extreme 4: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157503

EDIT: I can also go with the "ASRock Z97 Extreme 3" to save money if it's not much different from the others. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157506&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
Also blue parts are preferred (my system theme is blue) but not required.

Solution
They're all basically the same in terms of "performance". at comes down to features. I have a Gaming 5, and it has worked pretty good. I did have to update the BIOS and it was an easy process. The UEFI overclocking screen is nice as well.

Honestly, get the one that matches the best, the one that looks the best. The ASrock Fatality Red looks awesome and looks as if it has better heatsinks. Get the blue one if it would look better.

Good luck.

Thank you for the quick reply and advice. I will be going with the Extreme 4 which matches my setup. I currently have an ASRock 970 Extreme 3 R2.0 which I am satisfied with, so would like to ensure satisfaction by getting an ASRock. Anyway, thanks.
