I'm looking for a good gaming PC that will be able to run games smoothly at medium settings. I'd like it to run games like Cities Skylines, Civilization V, and most other modern(ish) games.
I found a PC recently but it only comes with 4gb and it has no room for upgrades: http://
Is this PC good enough? Do I need 8gb or is 4gb enough? If you have any links to a PC that is already built (I don't want to build one myself) please let me know.

Since you said you didn't want to build a system yourself... might I suggest an alternative solution? Why not buy a regular computer with a decent cpu and 8GB RAM... and then buying and installing your own graphics card? That combo will give you the best "bang for your buck" with pre-built computers you'll find at any store. A good budget GPU would be something like an R9 270X or R9 285.

You can easily OC the CPU on that build to 4.0GHz on the stock cooler, and you could always upgrade it later.
Since its a 1150 socket, you could even put a 4790K on it later if you wanted to.

Won't find a better gaming PC for this price. Also has 8gb RAM, which you ll really want.

As for not wanting to build it yourself: You cannot find a good PC for your price.
If you want it prebuilt, you're gonna have to go higher. I think you found the best deal you could get, but I would highly recommend building it yourself (Or get someone to build it for you)

If you want a good gaming PC with an OS for $400 and you're willing to do rebates this is the best option out there, The 260X and G3258 is probably going ot beat any value system you can get at this price.

How does this look? I had a few friends look at it, they said it was good for the price, but I want to make sure.

I'm a big fan of this build.

Once you have the money, you can grab another 4GB stick of RAM, and as long as you aren't playing Crysis 4 (which requires 4 cores) the G3258 beats the AMD competition in gaming; especially with a light overclock on the stock cooler.

cubesocks, as for getting a prebuilt or building one yourself, prebuilts never have the right components in them that will get you the best performance for the money. It's well worth the couple hours watching tutorials on YouTube to build your own.

Hope this helps :)
