I currently pay for 100mb down, and on the computer I'm using I get between 5-10mbs down. I am connected to ethernet. My laptop gave a connection of 100mb when connected to the same port. This computer is the only device with the issue. I have run anti virus and malware scans. I disabled the antivirus/malwarescans. I closed all start up programs besides windows. Please help!
