The upgrade to this Dell Inspiron 1501 laptop went smoothly, but the keyboard is not working completely. It is not possible to enter an @ sign and some other key combinations as well as having to use the "fn" key in combination with several character keys. Is this a driver problem and if so what driver updates would correct this?

Go to Dell Support Site, there are no Windows 7 drivers, but Vista drivers should work.
Make sure you have chosen correct keyboard layout from "Regional Settings" - it seems to me you have selected non-US keyboard.
