Is a 360mm enough to cool a CPU and GPU

I am going to be making my first watercooling loop. It would really save me a lot of money if I could only go with one 360mm radiator that would cool my OC'd i5 4690k and my stock Asus GTX 970.

I know this will work fine I just want to know if I can achieve good temperatures on the components with just one 360mm radiator?

Solution
It will depend on what temps you want to achieve.

My current rig is a 4690k @4.5ghz with an R9 290 @ 1150mhz.
I'm cooling them both with a single EK CoolStream PE 360mm Rad.

Here's my temps after a 30mins AIDA64 test:

I cleared the statistics about 20mins into the test to give better min and average results.

My fan setup is 3 intakes, 2 front, 1 bottom and 3 exhaust up top on the rad.
All fans are Noctua NF-F12's.
