i have windows 8.1 and when i play games i get this error full specs
1 asrock h61m-vs4
2 windows 8.1 32 bit
3 i3 3.3ghz
4 r7 240 1 gb gddr5 with boost
5 450 watt power supply
6 4 gb ddr3 ram

i have tested my hardrive using defragger and seatools both tell it is in good health it can be gpu but my frame rates doesnt drop before crash some freezing only and sound doesnt work properly reistalled relatek driver help meeeeeeee

This sounds like a RAM/HDD issue. Try using a Ramtest USB and check the DIMM's for faults.
If the RAM is ok, check the HDD. You can use a Live Linux USB for this. Any Linux with a software for SMART reading will do.
Proceed to reinstall Windows if the problem persists and none of the hardware components are faulty.

Also you should switch to 64 bit ASAP

hello thx for replies but i ran memtest and it ran for 4 .30 hours and it was full test {i guess } and no errors i ran defragger and it told me ht my hdd is in good health its temp was 44 c if it matters { in guess it does } and it happens mostly when i play games but the frame rates are good !!!!! only sometimes sund drops freezes but the game goes on with full frame rates

edit i have a laptop with 8.1 64 bit can i use it somehow to make my windows 8.1 64 bit i dont have installation cd or dvd though
