If you're considering a 280X the saving up for at least a 970 is a better choice.

Will this fit in your budget?
I5 4460
B85M-D3H
GTX 970 (Cheapest model you can find.)
2x4GB 1600MHZ RAM kit (The cheapest G.skill, Corsair or Kingston kit will do)
CM N200 mATX case
Antec Neo Eco 520W

so biswas, your request then is a build advice, not a graphics card advice; we were beatng around the bush then;

my suggestion:

intel for cpu, not because they are better or anything, bt:
- energy efficiency
- thermal performance

nvidia for gpu, simply because:
- energy efficiency

try an i5 haswell (non-overclocking) refresh for cpu
and a gtx 960 for gpu
and a b85/h97 for board
and 8 gb 1600 mhz for ram
and a 240 - 256 gb ssd for boot drive

and you are all set

what will be the problem in amd fx-8350 who used it toldme its better than i5 in gaming and multitasking movie and videos watching only and also for normal use also. and it is overclockable also...
and in gtx 960 i heard the problem is 128bit bus speed affects on gaming.....
and what will be the problem if i will not have any ssd.... i have an 1tb wd caviar green internal and 2tb portable hdd..... i will get a heatsink cooler master 212 evo for cpu and also use cooler master gx 650 80 plus bronze certified psu for power,,,

so, two things

- let us not go in circles on components; and suggest you avoid asking the same question over and over; nobody has time for so much repetition in online forums; u like amd, u take amd; but you want a suggestion, you at least pay attn to what is given; we are not comparing your friends suggestion to mine here; if that individual told you amd and you like him, better then u go for it, dont push pull your decision;

- the build suggestion is as per your needs; for 1080p gaming, a good build that is high on efficiency and low on thermal needs is an intel build; thats all i would like to tell you in conclusion; on the ssd, no problem, but just know that it helps;

the goal is to help, but not to baby sit
