Hi. As the title says, what is the best CPU and motherboard combo for around $350 AU dollars? I was thinking of i5 4460 and ASrock H97M Anniversary. Thanks. Please use from this site- http://www.msy.com.au/saonline/ Thx

Probably not. The only upgrade from that would be an i5-4690k + a Z97 motherboard which is clearly out of your budget.
