You have to talk to your mail provider or follow the instructions on their web site to recover the password.
Even if it were possible to answer a generic question like this no-one here would do so. We have no way of knowing that you are not trying to reset the password on a mail account that doesn't belong to you in order to hack the owner's mailbox.
