i want to upgrade my Processor and my graphics card for programmes like 3D max or photoshop ( low budget)

i want to upgrade my processor and graphics card

i will use it for graphics programmes like photoshop , 3D Max , illustrator , after effects , blender , Maya
and the secondary use for gaming.
i know its very weird with a budget of 210 dollars but htis is the best i could do
and also ,
are these could be a good choice ?
Amd a8 5600k apu
amd a6 6400k apu

and currently i work on processor
amd athlon 64 x2 dual core 5000+
gfx : Amd radeon 6450 HD 1GB
Mother board : GA-MA74GM-S2

I can see why you'd like to upgrade, I used an Athlon 64 x2 with a HD 6450(v3) 1GB DDR3. Note the version 3 is the slowest one.
If your going to be using Blender(some builds) or After effects , Nvidia would be a good way to go if you need the extra performance for stuff like real time raytracing and is just much more pleasant to work with those programs if you can leverage Nvidia's CUDA technology.
Now those programs, aside from blender , can cost more than a desktop(consumer) graphics card.
Another note, now i see your Motherboard can support Phenom II processors , There is a more wallet friendly upgrade process with AMD and certain motherboards. Since most editing and conversion tools are going to use CPU and Memory only the...

Since most editing and conversion tools are going to use CPU and Memory only the cheapest way to go is find yourself a Phenom II quad core, Then you have some money left for a graphics card or save for an AM3+ motherboard, swap that out with something new. and some DDR3 Memory would help too.
