Any parts i should swap out? im building this for my brother, he already has the gpu. plans on using it for csgo and programming

I doubt he's doing any programming that requires 16 GB of RAM, so I'd halve that.

Does he really need a £100 cooler?

Or a £135 motherboard? Though I guess there aren't that very many orange ones out there.

I'd say for CS:GO and 'programming' it's massively over-spec'd, but it's not clear what the budget constraints are.
