Is it good to buy a Manufacturer Refurbished item on Ebay

I'm trying to get an R9 270x MSI Gaming Edition, They stated that the product was refurbished in MSI HQ and they provide me a warranty of 6Months.,The seller has a good feedback! So can i get it as i'm on a tight budget and they say that it is working 100%.
So what do you say guys? Thanks in advance!

"Manufacturer re-furbished" is good - as far as eBay is concerned make sure you check out the seller's reputation which you seem to have done in this case. In this case it should be OK.

The seller has 100% positive feedback and it is refurbished at MSI Head Quarters.So i think this would be good without any issues.What do you say?
